The Cranberry Portage Arena is a community facility run by a local committee. 

The ice is natural, and is put in once weather permits, usually in December. The arena is used for as long as the ice lasts.

The facility is used by both the Community and Frontier School Division.

Community use consists of public skating, oldtimer hockey and rentals.

Frontier School Division uses it for the Frontier Collegiate Hockey Academy,                            Physical Education and recreation activities for students.                     

Rentals:  $50/ hour for residents of Cranberry Portage.  $100/hr for non-residents

Rentals will also be considered for larger events.  Contact the Arena Committee regarding your event and fees.

Current rates are:  $400 ( arena with no access to kitchen)      Kitchen area $100   Damage deposit $500
